What's going to happen when we don't stop emitting emissions? Does life go on?
How does our planet look in 50 years?
Are we able to do something or is it just happening?
Why is it possible to find a parking lot for free just next to the circus Knie?
Why does it seem to be impossible to find an international solution?
Why are the people still driving cars even for short distances?
Are all these human beings stupid?
Are all the enviromental organizations exaggerating?
Is it possible to get economical growth without more polution?
What about all the developing countries?
Am I any better?
I'm obviously not!!! My family (4 persons) lives in 1 row house and 2 flats, of course all of them need to be heated. I flew 13 times this year (1 take off = 1 flight).
On the other hand we've got only one car and use it only if it's really necessary. All of us are going to work by bike or with public transport. What makes me thoughtfully and a bit sad is that my mother told me that people are looking at her astonished, when she's entering her office with the biking helmet in her hands. They ask her why she's coming to work by bike in winter. It seems to be something special when a 48 year old woman rides a bike to work.
Is she crazy or all the other people???
I know these are peanuts compared to all the emissions of companies, planes and so on, but when individual people aren't willing to make such little steps in the right direction, how should the whole society be able to make the big steps?

By the way, I made another exiguous step and bought a climate ticket to compensate the whole climate effect of my flight Zurich-Vancouver and back. Have a look at http://www.myclimate.org

Hey Sabina!
I ask me the same questions so often, too! We do something wrong for our environment by ourselves, but in the same little thought I think hmmm... are there other people they do more worse things than I do? But I know I should do the best I can do, and every person should look for themselves...
It's a very complicated issue.
I read the book during the time; Vancouver - Switzerland.
It was interessting, but I have to say that the most of these things are normal human intelligence and we all know the most things about this problems by ourselves...
,but it's good that someone again has written a book and produced a film that a wide audience listen to this and think about it again and again.
I hope it will be better in the future
