more animals

As we were driving on the highway from Valemount in the direction to Kamloops, suddently a lot of cars stopped on the road. First we didn’t know what’s going on, but those people were all watching a bear family just 20m next to the road. The little ones were so cute!!!




We stayed 2 nights in Squalix as we wanted to have a day to relax and to watch the salmon on their way to their birthplaces in the mountain. Unfortunately we were a bit at the end of the salmon time of the sockeye salmon and a lot of them were already dead. I show you a nice picture of 2 salmons in the middle of their amorous play (before they die), if you like to see the dead salmons go to Ueli’s Blog and be lucky that you don’t smell them! :-)
